ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect translation of an Inquiry Screen on the Policy Screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Shows a translated name for the Inquiry Screen at the Policy Level similar to the Client Screen.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Inquiry Screen at the policy level.
2. Create a translation for that inquiry screen.
3. Navigate to the policy screen and note that the drop-down does not show the correct translation.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to add spaces to the name on the inquiry screen or provide translations for them.
