Relationship Screen Does Not Show Past Relationships (Doc ID 2592687.1)

On : v10.2.0.31 version, Client:

The Client Relationship left navigation on client brings up the client relationship screen. When there are terminated relationships, with AsClientRelationship.EffectiveTo set to a date, the relationship is not displayed when clicking the Past checkbox. In order to see the terminated/expired relationship, the user needs to use the exact As Of Date set to the Effective To date. The relationship should show up when clicking the Past check box.

Click the past check box - should show all relationships regardless of status for any of the relationships, when entering a later date.
Click the future check box - should show future relationships from the date regardless of status.
