Contract Overview Never Load For Some Contracts And Buttons on the Left Menu Are Missing (Doc ID 2592729.1)

On : version, Policy information

When users search for contracts and click on the results found, some of them does not load well.
When the problem occurs the Contract Overview section never load and stay forever with a progress bar that look like a barber’s pole.
Also, when this situation occurs there are many of the left menu items that never appear.

Users expect the Contract overview to load quickly for all the contracts defined within the system.
Also users expect the left menu button to be available for all the contracts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a Contract.
2. Click on a contract to make it appear.
