Questionnaires are cleared after using Send Now and Suspending the assignment
Oracle previous released a bugfix for <Bug 29850751> that clears the existing lists on the assignment before merging the latest data from the server. This change always clears the questionnaire list and the previously entered data along with it.
Actual Behavior
----------------------
- When a crew works on an activity by providing completion details (e.g. Provided Answers to Questions) and the crew suspends the activity. When the crew tries to work on it again, all the completion details previously provided are missing/not saved.
Expected Behavior
----------------------
Expected behavior is that when you suspend an activity all the completion details provided are saved and should be available when a crew works on it again. It was working previously in 2.3.0.3.0 before applying the patch 29850751
