Getting '[20624] Error in saving LDAP server details' with 'Invalid input' in OFSAAI 8.0.6.2 (Doc ID 2593105.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 8.0.6.2, when trying to setup LDAP by filling in the LDAP Server Details screen, you get the following error when trying to save:

[20624] Error in saving LDAP server details

In the Tomcat catalina.out log, the following error exists:

org.owasp.esapi.errors.ValidationException: ValidationFramework: Invalid input. Please conform to regex (ldap:\/\/)(www\.)?(([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-1][0-9]|12[0-7])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])|([a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+)?)?))([^ ]*)? with a maximum length of 35

As a result, you cannot setup the environment for LDAP.
