Symptoms

When reviewing Hybrid rate history, the rates are not displayed in the correct term buckets.


Steps to Replicate:
1. Defined hybrid rate based on two curves. One curve has 12 months, the other has 1 year. Choose 1 year.
2. Generate rates and it shows correctly in FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table, but user interface display history incorrectly (put the 1 year rate in the 12-month bucket and 2-year in the 1 year bucket, etc).
