You are upgrading an existing TMS database to version 5.2.1

The Oracle Universal Installer finishes without any errors , i.e below example :

Looking into the Install log we can observe the following error :

TMS data was migrated to the instance therefore there is existing data and then the TMS 5.2.1 upgrade was performed .
