Deleted UDF Appear In The Export Excel Format (Doc ID 2593309.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
XLS file export templates are not updated when deleting UDF fields. So the deleted UDF field still exists in exported XLS file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Deleted UDF field should not be exported to MS XLS file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Pro.
2. Create activity UDF.
3. Modify MS XLS file export template to add column for the UDF field.
4. Delete the UDF.
5. Check the export template and notice that the UDF column disappeared itself.
6. Export project to MS XLS file and notice that the deleted UDF field still remains.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export project correctly to MS XLS file.
