Sale Transaction Containing Inventory And Non Inventory Items Are Not Processed (Doc ID 2593525.1)

Symptoms

When a single sale transaction from Point Of Sale(POS) consists of an inventory and non-inventory item, the transaction fails to process in Store Inventory Management (SIM) and no error message is logged by the subscription process.



Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a POS Transaction consisting of one inventory and one non inventory item.
  2. Interface it to SIM.

Notice, POS_TRANSACTION.SALE_RET_TXN_PROCESS_SUCCESS is set to 1, however there are no errors in POS_TRANSACTION table.
