Symptoms
When attempting to run a Batch with a 'TRANSFORM DATA' Task, the batch fails and the following error exists in the "RunProc" log:
Log Message here 1: Wed 26 Jun 2019 11:26:12 AM IST||INFO||Database Type : ORACLE
Log Message here 1: Wed 26 Jun 2019 11:26:12 AM IST||INFO||NLS Value : AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
FAILED: log_on().
OCIERROR: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
Log Message here 1: Wed 26 Jun 2019 11:26:12 AM IST||SEVERE||Could not Connect to the Database from Login Information
Warning : Could not log off 0
Log Message here 1: Wed 26 Jun 2019 11:26:12 AM IST||INFO||After Calling execProc
Log Message here 1: Wed 26 Jun 2019 11:26:12 AM IST||SEVERE||Stored procedure execution failed
Additionally, the following error exists in the Event Log on the Batch Monitor screen:
[10119] Error:Could not connect to the Source database
The error prevents you from running batches with the TRANSFORM DATA component.
