On : 7.3.5.1.0 version, Install and Upgrade Issues

AAI Patch 20567446 failed with "The Transport Protocol has been stopped" error
Customer is facing an issue while applying patch 20567446. The patch remain ongoing while it issue the error:

[OFSAAIUPDATE] [2019-07-08 12:43:25,486] The Transport Protocol has been stopped
We are applying the patch in order to use migration utility to upgrade to 802 for PFT
We had SR before that was closed (SR 3-20490396731) without solving the issue and re-opening the SR is not working.
If the issue will take time kindly guide us through manual migration for ALM, FTP and PFT as we already way out of time.
