Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.2 to 2.4.8.3 version.
When attempting to submit a job, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade DMW 2.4.8.2 to 2.4.8.3 version.
2. Submit a job for execution.
