Migration Utility Deletes/Migrates Incorrect Yield Curves (Doc ID 2594990.1)

Symptoms

After using Object Migration to move a single Interest Rate Code (IRC) curve from a lower environment into production, you find that other IRC curves are also migrated unexpectedly.  For example, you migrate IRC 70001 only but find that IRC 101, 102, and 103 are migrated also.

When the additional curves were migrated, they deleted and replaced the existing curves in the production environment.  You did not want them to delete the data in the production environment and you had to restore the deleted data manually.

You do not understand why the additional IRC curves were migrated.
