Navigation Through Manage Portfolio Is Not Synchronized To The Portfolio Definition Page (Doc ID 2596959.1)

In the Manage Portfolio view on P6 Web, the Name and definition of the portfolio doesn't change even if selecting a new portfolio record from the left navigation pane, and more often the content of the Manual/ByFilter tab page is not loaded.

On the Manage Portfolio view, the content of portfolio definition is synchronized properly when selecting a new portfolio record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on P6 Web.
2. Go to Portfolios -> Manage Portfolios.
3. On the popup window, select a portfolio then its definition is displayed on the right pane.
4. After selecting another portfolio from the left pane, the content of the right pane still shows the old data, i.e. the definition of the previous portfolio.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the definition of the portfolio properly.
