On : 3.19.2.0.0 version, Installation
Claims option in Menu bar
A clean configuration of OHI Claims was installed for first time. When accessing the UI interface with a privilege user, over the Claims in the main menu, the following exception (ohi_claims.log) is thrown and the UI interface does not respond; it is locked completely.

1. Login in UI inteface OHI Cliams
2. Click on Claim option , menu bar
