Goal

ON WAM 2.2.0.4

Cannot create Service History

1. Navigate to Menu > Asset Management > Service History > Add
output: the Select Type pops up
2. Enter -
ASSET ID: 235905987649
SERVICE HISTORY TYPE: select "PM - Time Analysis Inspection"
3. OK
output: the Service History pops up
4. Enter -
LOCATION (ID): 410504346125
ACTIVITY (Work Activity ID): 24872569757942
COMMENTS: myTestCase0607
5. Click Save
output: User <USERNAME> is not authorized to change Business Object W1-ServiceHistoryWAM to status CREATED.
6. Navigate to Admin > B > Business Object > Search for 'W1-ServiceHistoryWAM'
output:
APPLICATION SERVICE: W1-SVCHSTWU
7. Click Liftcycle tab > EXPAND ALL
output:
STATUS: CREATED
ACCESS MODE: <?> Invalid value - W1CR
STATUS: FOLLOWUPWORK
ACCESS MODE: <?> Invalid value - W1FO
STATUS: PROCESSED
ACCESS MODE: <?> Invalid value - W1PF
STATUS: ERROR
ACCESS MODE: <?> Invalid value - F1RR
