ConfirmVendorDelivery Webservice Updates DSD_LINE_ITEM.QUANTITY_RECEIVED_OVER with QUANTITY_RECEIVED Value and QUANTITY_RECEIVED Column Gets Updated to Zero. (Doc ID 2597329.1)

Symptoms

When using ConfirmVendorDelivery webservice, it updates DSD_LINE_ITEM.QUANTITY_RECEIVED_OVER with QUANTITY_RECEIVED Value and QUANTITY_RECEIVED column value to Zero.
 
Steps To Recreate;

  1. Call webservice createVendorDelivery.
  2. Call webservice createVendorDeliveryCarton.
  3. Call webservice updateVendorDeliveryCarton.
  4. Call webservice updateVendorDelivery.
  5. Call webservice confirmVendorDelivery.
  6. The above services populates DSD* tables based on order number. Until step 4, all details look good.
  7. When step 5, confirmVendorDelivery is invoked, the QUANTITY_RECEIVED column gets updated to 0 and DSD_LINE_ITEM.QUANTITY_RECEIVED_OVER gets updated to the QUANTITY_RECEIVED. The status of DSD_CARTON gets updated to missing and the received quantity is not updated in STORE_ITEM_LOC.
