ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In 7.3.5.1.13 the order is created without a function, in this case the order does not send USO to Siebel and it remains in_progress.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The scenario is a Sales Order that contains one line item but it does not create any functions. It should just send an USO to Siebel and then complete.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps for replication:

1>Deploy the PAR file shared by customer

2>You may need to configure users i.e oms etc (02A Users)

3>Please configure "pushkar_admin" user manually from console and assign the privileges

4>Have added the CSOSwitchConfig.xml in the attachment. Please use this file in the domain path

5>Test the order using the " GetOrder_OrderState_inprogress" XMl attached and you can verify the output in Worklist, and Webui



BUSINESS IMPACT

Customer is in plans for upgrading to OSM 7.3.5.1.13 and live plans on AUG 10 2019 and with the current issue CRM is not getting the completed order state and order remain in-progress
