ADM Is Not Deleting The Entry From CI_ADM_RVW_SCH (Doc ID 2597386.1)

On :C2M 2.7.0.1.0 version, SP Maintenance

ADM is not deleting the entry from CI_ADM_RVW_SCH

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ADM is not deleting the entry from CI_ADM_RVW_SCH table even after the account is picked and collection process is created. If the user cancels collection process, the very same day the record will be picked again because of non-deletion of CI_ADM_RVW_SCH entry and collection process is created again.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ADM should delete entry from CI_ADM_RVW_SCH table after the account is picked and collection process is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Account page showing debt
2: Account with no active Collection Process
3: Verify entry in CI_ADM_RVW_SCH table
4: Run Account Debt Monitor (ADM) batch.
5: Batch Run Tree
6: Verify Collection Process on Account
7: Verify entry in CI_ADM_RVW_SCH table again (Entry not deleted)
Note: Entry is not deleted by ADM batch even after collection process created
