Goal

Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.1.2

Recently applied Oracle Patch p29522710_80000_Generic (Release 8.9.9.89 / F17261-02 / September 2019) to a Development Environment and are assessing the impact of it on existing infrastructure.

During this process it was noticed that the new profile created after application of this patch ICH-ICSR V2.2 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - FDA has CREATE_REPOSITORY set to 0 while other 2.1 version of FDA profiles have CREATE_REPOSITORY set to 1.

Request is to know if this is expected?

Also the justification behind keeping it that way.
