Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) versions 4.4.1.0 and up, the following error can be seen on the beVWARS log file:


The beVWARS process is the engine of the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS). Usually, more than one beVWARS process runs on a VWS. It reads and caches wallet and voucher information from the database and manages all queries, reservations, and updates against wallets.
