OFSAA FTP 8.0.2 Screens Are Not Loading After Installing GLRECON (Doc ID 2597669.1)

Symptoms

On FTP / PFT 8.0.2, after installing GLRECON, the FTP and PFT screens are not loading. The catalina.out file contains the following error:

All GL Recon pages are opening,only issue with the FTP/PFT screens. This was previously working before installation of GL Recon. Stop Tomcat, clear cache, regenerate and redeploy did not resolve issue.  Appears that the commonapps jar files have been overwritten.
