Symptoms

Unable to open document after configuring SSL during AutoVue upgrade

SSL was configured between the VueServlet and client and the Server and VueServlet following the instructions in the AutoVue Security Guide. Now there is an NTLM authentication dialog when attempting to open a document.

When we access the VueServlet, it says the connection is OK

Both jueserver.authentication.enable and jvueserver.ntlm.enable were set to false in the jvueserver.properties file and AutoVue was started. The issue persisted.

ERROR
-----------------------
AutoVue: Missing resource Authentication required by server.

HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
WWW-Authenticate:NTLM in com.cimmetry.vueframe.resources.VueDialog (Locale=en)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade AutoVue and reconfigure SSL between the VueServlet and client and the Server and VueServlet following the instructions in the AutoVue Security Guide
2. Open a document
3. Receive NTLM authentication dialog box
