Oracle Integration Gateway Database Upgrade Failed (Doc ID 2598141.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.19.2.0.0 version, Installation


There is an issues while upgrading from OIG 3.19.2.0.2 to 3.19.2.0.3.  OHI Policies upgrade completed successfully, but the Oracle Integration GatewayOIG upgrade failed.
The upgrade script is trying to modify table that does not exist in the database:
