Symptoms

When using Item Search in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and searching using an item number, the system searches until it times out and then goes blank.  


Steps To Recreate:

            1. Login to the application.
            2. Navigate to Item Search screen and search using an item number
            3. The system searches until it times out and then goes blank.
