ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to upload a payment file on ORMB Application (Version 2.8), the process only shows the progress bar, but never ends.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Files should get uploaded.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upload a payment file on new installed ORMB Application (Version 2.8).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload payment file.
