Viewer Maps Un-Loading When Zooming Out (Doc ID 2598692.1)

Symptoms

After targeting in the viewer from the work agenda, maximize the screen of the viewer

Expectation:
Viewer is maximized with all maps and conditions displaying as expected

Actual:
Maps disappear from the viewer and do not load

Java console prints the error:

You did a migration from 2.4.0.0.1 to 2.4.0.0.3 then started seeing this issue

STEPS
1. Login as Administration user and subscribe.
2. Target to event from Work Agenda.
3. a. Expand the viewer full screen. The map disappears and you can't load a map until you log out and log back in.
or b. Zoom out 4 mouse wheel clicks (eg. 500ft/100m), maximize the Viewer, and the map unloads.
One or the other may recreate the issue, you may need to try different events.
There is an exception in the Java Console for A> and B>.

Changes

You did a migration from 2.4.0.0.1 to 2.4.0.0.3 then started seeing this issue, the change was introduced in NMS v2.4.0.0.2 and NMS v2.4.0.1.0
