Nothing Happens When Executing FTP Process After Upgrade to 8.0.7 (Doc ID 2598876.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade to FTP 8.0.7, when attempting to run an FTP Process from the user interface, nothing happens after clicking on 'Run' and clicking on "Yes" in the "You are about to submit FTP job..." confirmation pop-up.  The FTP Process does not run.  The status does not change and a log file is not created.

Nothing happens after clicking on "Yes":

 

The confirmation pop-up disappears but there is no pop-up window with the Batch Run ID value.  The process fails to launch from the user interface.
