VPNST1_CHG Does Not Respect Extension Length Of Network (Doc ID 2598925.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C), 6.0.1 version,

VPN Network configuration requires an "extension length" which is the required length of the Stations on that Network. When performing a change with VPNST1_CHG via the Provisioning Interface (PI), this length restriction is not respected, and any length can be used.
