Symptoms

When using CMT to migrate an account having multiple discounts shared for 1 service, multiple entries are created in group_t table (one for each discount).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
the expectation is to have only 1 entry in group_t for 1 service_obj and multiple entries in group_sharing_discounts_t for same service with multiple discounts to be shared.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Prepare a XML file with multiple discount sharing with in the same service.(Sample attached)
2) Import the data
  ./pin_cmt -import -file DiscountSharingAccount.xml 1234
3) deploy it
  ./pin_cmt -deploy_db 1 1234

4) Validate group_t & group_sharing_discounts_t tables.
