Patient Data Report fails with "Exception in PDFBookBinder:C:\repout\1_11_111Overflow.pdf (The system cannot find the file specified)" (Doc ID 2599648.1)

Symptoms

After installing/upgrading to Oracle Clinical release 5.2.1, the Patient Data Report fails with the following error when it contains any overflow :

Calling PDFBookBinder to bind files together
Exception in PDFBookBinder:C:\opapps52\temp\319920_155366901_542401Overflow.pdf (The system cannot find the file specified)

Also 'null' messages get logged in the 'j<jobId>.log' file :
