Incorrect Error Message While Approving A Purchase Order Containing Item Marked For Deletion (Doc ID 2599731.1)

Symptoms

 Error message displayed is not correct when a item which is marked for deletion is added to the PO. Following error can be noted at the time of approval.


Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------

  1. Delete an item in RMS.
  2. Add it to an order before it is deleted during daily purge.
  3. Note the above error occurs. Appropriate item number should be displayed instead of %s1.
