Symptoms

After applying PFT Patch 29917101 - PFT CONSOLIDATED ONE-OFF PATCH: 8.0.6.1.8, all production FTP Processes are hanging when executed.  There is no log file created in /<ftpshare>/logs/<AsofDate>/<Infodom>/Transfer Pricing Engine.

The ofstp PID is created on the server but it is not generating SQL.

When you run the FTP Process via command line, it hangs.  For example:

./ofstp <Infodom>_290004_EXEC_20190831_99 TP TASK1 20190831 290004 <USER>
.
.
.
Connection to the following database was successful: <DATABASE>
Running TP, Process ID: 290004
ID_TYPE = 204

You expect the FTP Processes to complete successfully within a few minutes.
