ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to use the CreateClients attached BR to create a new client that contains a Combo type Field the OptionText values are not being populated. This causes the RoleScreen to view these fields as non OptionText fields and display the codevalues
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OptionText values will have the correct values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Have a field similar to the below on the client screen.
The TestField will not have OptionText populated
