App Shows "Online: # Pending Submissions" But Online Button is Green (Doc ID 2600472.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Operations Mobile App (OMA)

OMA - "Online: # pending Submissions" but Online button is green. Prohibits work on events.

If you have "Online: # pending submissions" Message (Online status is green) then you cannot do any work on Event List (Enroute, onsite, etc).  

It seems that the pending submissions are getting stuck.



Users waited for 10 to 15 minutes and nothing happened.  After that they went through these steps so they could continue working.

1. Turned Wi-Fi on/off
2. Tapped the Online button
3. Was then able to work events

Some are saying that occasionally they see that message briefly (it pops up and then disappears). That would be okay of course.
The defect is referencing cases where it appears to get “stuck”.
 

Expect that if the app is stating the status is Online, then the pending submissions should clear fairly quickly.
