Unable to start agent services after upgrading OFSAAI to 807 version (Doc ID 2600538.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version, Administration_OFSS

When attempting to start agent services after OFSAAI 807 upgrade,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Could not load program router:
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol getInstance__Q3_3rev3log18ClsUStandardLoggerFPCcN51 was referenced
  from module router(), but a runtime definition
of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol log__Q3_3rev3log18ClsUStandardLoggerCFRCiRCQ2_3std12basic_stringXTcTQ2_3std11char_traitsXTc_TQ2_3std9allocatorXTc__T1 was referenced
  from module router(), but a runtime definition
of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-002 fatal error: exiting.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try start agent services after upgrading OFSAAI to 807 on AIX OS machine

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start agent services(Router, AM, MessageServer).

 Upgraded OFSAAI to 807 from 805 version
