Unable to Connect to Remote OCOMC Adminserver from Windows Admin Client with SSLEnable=True (Doc ID 2600559.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version, Installation Issues

we have installed OCOMC windows client on windows laptop and trying to connect to admin server running on remote Linux VM server with SSLEnable=True. It is giving errror and "Adminserver is not running or network is interrupted". 

ERROR

>ping HOST_NAME Pinging HOST_NAME [IP_ADDR with 32 bytes of data:Reply from IP_ADDR : bytes=32 time=280ms TTL=44 Reply from IP_ADDR : bytes=32 time=303ms TTL=44Reply from IP_address : bytes=32 time=280ms TTL=44
