Web Service Configured for WCF calling CustomQuery Rule Unexpectedly Fails after Ten Successful Requests
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using version 1.6.1.20 or higher of Energy Information Platform and associated products.
2. Configure Adapter Web Services for WCF.
3. Run repeated requests and note failure occurs after about 10 requests.
