Symptoms

Usage Transaction Search not Loading in Internet Explorer (IE).  It is expected that the page would render properly and the Usage Transactions would be searchable from here.


Steps to reproduce:
1. In Internet Explorer, on Main Menu Navigate to Usage - Usage Transaction Search
2. Page will come up but not be complete, will not be useable and the application will become unresponsive.
