Interchange Service Is Not Picking Up Files From Inbound ESM Folder (Doc ID 2602094.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.1

When attempting to import E2B files via the XMLIN folder they are not being processed/picked up, even after a restart of interchange service.

Below warning is shown in the logs:

 

 

Steps
 The issue can be reproduced using the following steps.
 1. In customer environment Interchange Windows Service is started
 2. Drop any E2B R2 XML file in inbound folder it is not picked up / processed
 3. Restart Interchange error is reported in AG Logs
