Aysnc Download Output Template Do Not Match The User Language (Doc ID 2602345.1)

The download output template do not match the user language that requested the download.

Template column headers are always in English, even with template translations configuration.

Steps to reproduce : 

1.Login into RMS with a user language other then English.
2.Navigate to Items - Download items from RMS.
3.Enter the dept number.
4.Click on Search.
5.Click on Download and verify the downloaded sheet is moved to Async process.
6.Foundation Data > Data Loading > Review Status, select the record for your item primary download. Then select Action.
7.Click on Download Staged.
