Why DQ Group Task Fails When '0' Is Set As Parameter for Rejection Threshold In OFSAA 8.0.6 And Working On 8.0.5 Version (Doc ID 2602895.1)

Goal

While adding a DQ Group task in a batch,noticed that in OFSAA 8.0.6.1.0 version, if "0" is set as a parameter for Rejection Threshold the task is getting failed. However, if "NULL" or "100" is provided as a parameter the task is completed as Successful.
The same DQ Group task is successful with Rejection Threshold parameter='0' in OFSAA 8.0.5.0.0

Are there any code changes for DQ Group batches done as part of the version upgrade?
