AppViewer Error 404 (Doc ID 2603116.1)

Symptoms

On : CCB 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment


An error 404 was encountered when clicking a hyperlink (ProgramCIPODFSB.Indexes.) in appViewer.

We also tried executing genappvieweritems.sh and buildJavadocsIndex.sh but error is still encountered.

Error 404 - Not found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Admin > A > Appviewer
2. Select Javadocs from dropdown.
3. Click com.splwg.ccb.domain.fieldorder.batch.
4. In right pane, Click ProgramCIPODFSB.Indexes.
5. It will be directed to Error 404 page
