PDC Pricing And Setup Menu Does Not Populate After Login (Doc ID 2603288.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to view the required fields to conduct searches or navigate within Pricing Design Center (PDC) upon initial sign-in. Multiple login attempts required before being able to see all the fields such as "Pricing Search Menu", "Setup Menu", and "Workspace".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Type in the PDC link, then log in.

2. Bookmark the PDC link.

3. Use the bookmark link to log into PDC again, and see that data are not loaded.
