Enable the following in Paymentech simulator (answer_s/answer_b) pin.conf:

- answer_s Realtime_updater_enabled 1
- answer_b Realtime_updater_enabled 1

Run auth and batch for VISA cards. Getting the following for the batch charges in dm_fusa.pinlog - even without an debug enabled in dm_fusa pin.conf:
