Symptoms

Unable to see PFT or FTP applications after successful 8.0.7 GUI mode installation.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Install PFT 8.0.7 in GUI mode.
2. Login to OFSAA 8.0.7 as sysadmn and created a new user and assigned all functions but do not see FTP nor PFT functions.
3. Both FTP and PFT are available under license information.
4. There are many group codes in CSSMS_GROUP_MAST_PACK table but very few in CSSMS_GROUP_MAST table.
