Status Changing Attribute Expression Actions Not Displayed in Take Action Window

After configuring the following tables as well as the attribute expressions in PMF, I am unable to see the status changing actions in the take action window in case investigation.
1. AAI_WF_STATUS_B
2. AAI_WF_STATUS_TL
3. KDD_STATUS (all statuses)
4. KDD_ACTION (all status and non-status changing actions)
5. KDD_STATUS_ACTION_MAP (non-status changing actions only)
6. KDD_ROLE_ACTION_MAP (non-status changing actions only)
7. KDD_CASETYPE_ACTION_MAP (non-status changing actions only)
