Gantt Chart Fails To Load For Specific Client PC (Doc ID 2603506.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cannot start Gantt Chart for specific client PC. After the AgileGantt.jnlp is being downloaded from Web Client,
a new Java window is displayed with "Downloading Application" message but it stops loading and cannot start Gantt Chart.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Open a specific Project and start Gantt Chart
