Symptoms
1)
PSUB does not start after doing a fresh Oracle Clinical (OC) installation.
2)
DB Server: If the following is tried when logged on with the opapps OS account:
C:\Users\opapps>sqlplus /@<connection string>
then the following error is reported:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
