Client Level Activity Added to Activity Prior to Clicking the OK Button (Doc ID 2604732.1)

Symptoms

In V11.2.0.6:

User was adding a BankDraftAddressAdd activity to the queue. Based on some validations / warnings in the configuration, a warning was triggered and it needed to be acknowledged before the OK Navigate button was clicked.
Instead of clicking OK or OK Navigate, the user clicked on the Cancel button.

Actual:

The user went to the Client Activity Screen and even though they clicked Cancel, the BankDraftAddressAdd Activity was still added to the queue.

Expected:

Activity should not be committed prior to clicking the OK button.
